Questions
Do I have to pay to use formaster.app?
No. Opening, filling, placing, saving templates and exporting are free with a free account, which also comes with a few AI credits each month, at Fast quality, for placing fields and translating a form. More credits, and the Medium and Slow qualities, are part of the Basic, Pro and Max plans.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for AI. What an attempt costs depends on the quality you choose. Credits fill up again at the start of each month (UTC), or when a yearly plan renews, and the ones you don’t use don’t carry over. If an attempt fails before the AI gives any answer, its credits are given back. If your credits run out part-way, the AI stops and keeps what it has placed so far.
How am I billed?
Paddle charges you the price above each month or year, as you chose, until you cancel. formaster.app never sees your card details.
What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Max?
Only the number of credits: each month, or each year on a yearly plan. All of them can use every AI feature and every quality (the Free plan has Fast only); a bigger plan just lets you do more with them before they run out.
Monthly or yearly?
A yearly plan is paid once a year, usually at a lower price than twelve monthly payments (the saving is shown above when there is one), and gives you a year’s credits at once (a year’s credits) to use whenever you like, instead of a share each month. They fill up again when the plan renews. Choose either above; you can cancel either at any time.
How do I cancel, and are payments refunded?
Cancel any time in the plans window or through the customer portal link in your receipt email. Paddle then stops charging you, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, so cancel before a renewal you don’t want. See the refund policy.
Can I use my plan on more than one device?
Yes. Your plan and credits belong to your account, so sign in with the same account on any device.
I paid, but my plan isn’t on.
Sign in with the account used at checkout, open the plans window and choose “Already subscribed?”. Enter your Paddle subscription ID (sub_) or checkout transaction ID (txn_).
